The Corporate Cinderella series will reinstate your power, strength and passion to keep striving for your career and personal goals, even in the face of challenges. It is possible to have a fulfilling working life and a personal life!

AIM has partnered with Tarran Deane, CEO & Founder of Corporate Cinderella, to show you how you can shake the status quo, redefine the glass ceiling and reclaim your work fairy tale.

The mission
The three sessions can be attended as a series or individually, and all focus on key issues for women in the workplace. They will help you to crack down on procrastination, increase your effectiveness as a leader and promote unity in the workplace, to make 2012 your best year to date!

Session One: Rekindle Your Romance with Work
In the first session, inspiringly held on Valentine's Day 2012, Tarran will take you through the five essential elements of loving your work, providing practical take-aways that will increase your clarity, competence and confidence on the job.

Join with like-minded leaders, enjoy a delicious lunch and discover five ways to turn your work outlook around. This invigorating lunch session will leave you refreshed and equipped to succeed.

Tarran is witty, wise and matter of fact; funny, feminine and focused on drawing the human potential out of every leader.

Tarran has 19 years' combined experience in management, key leadership and strategic decision-making roles within the not-for-profit, community services, training, and corporate and financial environments. She is the former General Manager, Queensland for 'House With No Steps' and, prior to establishing Corporate Cinderella, was principal consultant, keynote speaker and workshop leader with Embracing Ability.

In 2003 Tarran was nominated for the Telstra Business Woman of the Year Award for contributions to the community services sector. Today Tarran continues to invest in the success of business women, leaders, change agents and the organisations that employ them, while actively volunteering with Crossroads Disability Program, Gold Coast, serving in their Band and Board!
