In this 3 hr. workshop Mags will take a closer look at various mental health issues that are prevalent in the workplace, the differences to look out for, what to do and where to go. She will conduct an easy, practical, fun exercise, relevant to your organisation, to demonstrate the silent profit eater and its potential impact if not attended to. Mags will discuss proven methods on how to manage these situations and demonstrate how coaching can be used a tool to assist. There is a definite stigma attached to depression causing people and organisations to not wish to acknowledge the problem. A survey, by organisation beyondblue, reveals 40 per cent of Australian professionals feel uncomfortable working closely with someone who has depression.
