	Are you an aspiring manager?
	Are you moving towards or currently in a position with management or team leader responsibility?
	Are you in a position with responsibilities for planning and decision making, management of people and/or management of assets?
	Do you have a university/CAE degree or diploma in management or business studies or in a discipline appropriate your work?

	Do you have a record of proven management achievement over a period of five years or more in a senior management position? For example, state manager, general manager or a member of your company's executive team.
	Are you in a position that requires delegation of authority to other persons?
	Are you in a specialist position that has a substantial impact on the company's overall operations?
	Are you a consultant who has previously operated at a senior or executive management capacity?
	Do you have a university/CAE degree or diploma in management or business studies or in a discipline appropriate your work?
	Do you have post graduate qualifications in management or business studies?

	Do you have a record of business leadership over a period of six years or more. For example, Chief Executive or Group / Chief / Global General Manager, Owner Manager.
	Are you in a position that involves the delegation of authority to staff at Associate Fellow and Member level?
	Do you make decisions that affect the ultimate strategic direction or bottom line performance of your company?
	Do you report to a board?
	Are you a business owner employing ten people or more?
	Do you have a university/CAE degree or diploma in management/business studies or in a discipline appropriate your work?
	Do you have post graduate qualifications in management or business studies?

If you have ticked 2 or more of the above questions, you are eligible to join AIM at Member level and receive the postnominals AIMM.

If you have ticked 4 or more of the above questions, you are eligible to join AIM at Associate Fellow level and receive the postnominals AFAIM.

If you have ticked 5 or more of the above questions, you are eligible to join AIM at Fellow level and receive the postnominals FAIM.
