Planning is a core skill for all managers. This program considers the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to implement an operational plan by monitoring and adjusting operational performance, producing short term plans, planning for and acquiring resources and providing reports on performance.

  • Writing business cases or proposals to resource the implementation of plans

  • Financial performance of operational plans
  • Analysis of performance against indicators
  • Addressing performance gaps
  • Coaching and mentoring staff in meeting performance targets
  • Adjusting operational plans
