The Diploma of Management explores in greater depth the knowledge and skills required to be an effective people manager. The qualification is a logical progression from the Certificate IV in Frontline Management and is a highly recommended qualification for all managers.

Managers and supervisors with responsibility for managing teams, operational planning and performance, change management, the communication of information and financial accountability.

Learning Time Period

The Frontline Management qualifications must be completed within 2 years of commencement.

Assessment for this qualification includes underpinning knowledge questions, work-based projects and third party reports.

This qualification requires the successful completion of 8 units of competency. Participants must select 5 Units of Competency from Group A. The other 3 Units of Competency may be selected from Group A or B.
