Diploma of Management - Intensive BSB51107

The Diploma of Management is available as an intensive program with a set curriculum of 8 units of competency. The program is delivered one day per week over 8 weeks.

Learning Outcomes

  • Create strategies for better performance management and improved productivity and profits
  • Identify ways to change workplace culture
  • Manage the financial levers of the organisation within budget
  • Identify and manage effective change processes within an organisation
  • Identify customer focused strategies for success
  • Apply project management skills to identified projects.

Assessment

Assessment for this qualification includes underpinning knowledge questions, work-based projects and third party reports.

Requirements to receive the Diploma of Management - Intensive

This qualification requires the successful completion of the following 8 Units of Competency.

Participants who undertake a Diploma of Management in intensive mode study one day a week for 8 weeks. They benefit from being part of a group of managers who learn from and with each other. There are Diploma of Management intensive intakes in March and August each year.
